VaraRam Installation issues

Does anyone else have the VR-2B VaraRam installed with an aftermarket two core radiator?

If so, how did you manage to get the radiator shroud to fit back in between the radiator and the CAI? I have a DeWitt's radiator installed, and the little bit of extra space it takes up is causing serious issues with the fitment of the shroud. The VaraRam pushed it down so much that it simply will not go back into place without some serious cutting.

Good luck man... with my stock radiator that Vararam is TIGHT! I can't even imagine with a larger radiator...

Did you leave the two snorkles unbolted when connecting the airbox? If you don't bolt the snorkles to the fascia, they're a little more flexible.

I'm running the Dewitts radiator with the Vararam. Everything fit perfect, no issues. I would loosen the Vararam up and see if that allows you the adjustment your looking for.

Thanks for the input from everyone. I do have the bolts in place, but not tightened down. I'll take the bolts completely out and go from there to see what happens.
