rich on one side only???

just did a head swap and the car seems to be running fine, but seemed to be running rich. swapped form mti heads to afr's. the tune might be a bit off, but should be close. i pulled the plugs and just the pass side are black. the driver side is fine. any ideas? thank you.

Pull the codes and see if you are getting any O2 sensor codes. It is possible that one of them is bad.

Make sure all of your plug wires are intakct and not broken.

no cel. the plug wires are tip top. any other??

No CEL alone isn't good enough. Pull the codes from the DIC code reader.
