The comfort of the ride really isn't affected (completely subjective though). The one thing is you'll have to keep your eyes peeled for the things you drive over due to the decreased ground clearance.

The only difference in ride is the tension you will feel looking out for things such as raised manhole covers and curbs, etc. that you will need to avoid due to the lower ride height. The comfort level of the ride is unchanged.
