Z51 Question
Exactly what all would it take to add a complete Z51 option to a 2004 that did not come factory equipped with it ? OR... is there a better alternative to that option ? I had a 2002 with Z51 and really liked the way it felt opposed to my 1998 that had the standard.

I would upgrade to z06 sway bars and Bilstein HD shocks and see how you like the ride. Then I would put the z51 springs on if you need a firmer ride. Unless you autocross I would not worry about the power steering cooler (which was part of z51 option). What gears do you have? I think all z51 came with 3.15 gears (thats what I have) and If you think your ride is slow you might want to swap in some 3.15 or 3.42for a little more go.
