60 mpg is on paper only. The reality is more like 40-45, not that that's all bad. But then again, you can get a full-size diesel Benz that will push 40 on the highway.

Default I think my Vette is cheaper in the long run
The unknown for me is the maintenance costs involved with the batteries.
