my bad dude,, you were pretty much right and i am deeply sorry for thinking that there was no way u could be right,,,, where the upper a arm attaches to the frame the forward attachment point that is ,, was indeed a bad weld and one side of the mount was pulled free from the frame and the other side had put a crack in the frame and pulled away as well,,,, so i took the a arm out stuck a breaker bar up aginst the outer lip of the mount put a jack under it , and forced it back aginst the frame,,, AND I WELDED THAT PUPPY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!! better than the factory did that is for sure,, o and i welded the crack back together to... i appreciate every ones help and it just goes to show that you never know who is going to have the right answer no matter how impossible it may sound.

Technically you didn't bend your frame though, instead you ripped the A-arm mount from the frame.
