I posted the exact same post a week ago. Oddly enough it was the drivers side rear also. This is wahat I was told
1) make sure your PB is off.
2) take the car out of gear and make sure the wheel spins if it does it's just rust.
3) Spray the parting areas with WD wait awhile and wack it with a rubber mallet.
4) if the wheel doesnt spin the PB is slightly engaged and you will have to manually back it off. There is a way to do that but I only had to go thru 1-3 and mine came off. If you need PB info do a search as I'm not the guy to talk you thur that one.
