Cam idea
I have a few questions regarding cams for street/daily driver use. If you were gonna install a larger cam (LG G5-X3) for instance would you go with a 3.90 rear end to make driving easier or install a smaller cam like the G5-X1 or G5-X1e. I have a z06 which will compensate more than a coupe for daily driving, but I have "heard" the 3.90s make a larger cam much easier and more fun. Will traction be more of an issue? Thanks for replies.

Your cam selection depends mostly on where you want your power band. Cams such as the G5X3 are mostly for those that spend alot of time above 4500 rpms, or want the gains up there. Since you have a Z, and your gearing is where it is, you can run this size or even larger, but there's always trade-offs. I went with a much smaller 228/232 cam that gives me minimal lope, and a very wide torque band.
