Default Rollbars (Hoops) installed, problem with clearance ?????

I installed the c5 hoops a couple of days ago and when I tried to put the top back up, it didn't clear the hoops. The glass on the top is hanging to low. I dont understand how this can happen. It has to be an issue with my top because the hoops are made for the c5.
I've already epoxied them in and they are not going anywhere.
Is there somewhere on the top that i can make adjustments so the glass portion of the top will clear the hoops so that I can close the cover, lid ? I can manually lift the bottom of the glass to go over them with effort but this problem shouldn't be occurring. I'm constantly dropping the top so this top has to clear the bars.
I hope somone can give me a solution to this one.
Please help.
Thanks. Sherry

Sorry to hear you are having problems. I have these hoops and no problem raising the top. I am out of town and wont be back to take a look at my clearance till Monday night. But it does seem like your glass is hanging rather low. Is it separating from the cloth? Do a search cause I've read on the forum about a fix for the glass detaching from the cloth. Good luck. PM me if you need me to look at mine early next week. Brian

Default top is now clearing hoops.

i got them at rk sport. made for the c5.
i did play with the top today . i can make the clearance if i pull the front of the top forward almost all the way and then lift the back.
so happy at least i can now get it over and it clears.
now all i have to do is to heat them up and smooth them wrinkle free.
