The T1 racing vettes use 17" all around. 17x11 with 17x315/35 tires.

Goodyear GSCS or Hoosier A6/ R6 or Kumho

or the 18x315/35 on 18x11 rims too.

Mich Cup tires need several laps to get enough heat to stick, then they do last.


I would try to use a 35 series tire to keep the sidewall down in size and less tire flex.

Rember R compounds should not be driven on the street / road i.e. to and from the event. and R compounds are measured in heat cycles not miles. Each time the tire is used and up to temp is a heat cycle.

very good info

i am in phoeniz AZ everything gets real fricken warm real fast here !

that why i was leaning towards the world cups

soft slicks can actually melt here guys loose chunks out of their khumos and hoosiers!
