NEED HELP with parking brake
i am trying to adjust my parking brake....
what i did was take the spring thing off the back of the little hook where the cable hooks to the drum brake type parking brake... and i prysed on the big c shape piece of metal while turning the little screw thing 4 full revolutions. i still dont think that the parking brake worked good because it still dont hold good... what do i need to do???

Make sure when you raise the Parking Brake handle that the shoes actually expand...
I adjusted my shoes so that it was a very tight fit getting the rotor back on.
I also have the write up for fixing the self adjuster in the brake handle I can EMail to ya...
