MS3 cam with AFR's

How would a TSP MS3 cam perform with a set of milled 59CC AFR's? I have all the bolt on's with 3:73 gears and a 3600 stall. By the way this is for an 03 coupe.

Anything's possible with a good enough tuner. You might be pushing the valve clearance envelope, though.
