I don't have my service manuals to dig deep into this but is most likely one of your wheel speed sensors. The female connectors usually fail. The spring contact inside the female pin relaxes and cause a poor connection. What ever you do, don't fall into the trap of just ought right replacing the wheel speed sensor/hub! Troubleshoot it first!!

If you clear the DTC, does it come right back on or is it an intermittent issue?

If you clear the code does it come back as a H (history) or C (current)??

Possibly the female connectors at each end of the wheel harness.

Hrm ... I haven't tried clearing it, I'll clear it and see what happens. I recently lowered the car on stock bolts, could any of that be the issue ?

What damage could be done if I don't do anything about this?

You could have accidentally moved or damaged the wheel speed sensor wiring/connector.

You can still drive the car but you will not have any ABS/TC/AH. If it is a 2001 or newer the Dynamic Rear Brake Propotioning may not work either.

Do u have stainless steel brake lines? These codes can occur from aftermarket stainless lines.

I'm 110% Stock when it comes to suspension. I just lowered it on stock bolts, that's about it.
