YUP, I saw that. But I need to tell the PCM what flow rates for various MAP's. At least that is what the HPTuners table is looking for.
I know RHS has a spreadsheet that can be used, but you have to know what pressure the injectors are rated at to be able to use it.
Bottom line, I need to fill out the table. And I'm hopeful that these settings are pretty much "off the shelf". If they need to be tuned. I'd like to know that too.
The injectors are rated for 43 PSI the Vette's fuel pressure is 58. I just put the same injectors in my car for the same reason. I used the spreadsheet to calculate mine and plugged them in, however prior to my getting the car, a previous tuner changed the injector flow rate, cylinder volume size, stoich AFR in an attempt to get more fuel. I changed the cylinder volume and stoich AFR back to stock but when I put the new injectors in and plugged in the new numbers Short Term Fuel Trims started adding a lot of fuel (over 20% from idle through about 2,000 RPM), so I have been adjusting the injector flow rate to bring things back in line. My injector duty cycle after the swap was about 75% at 6800 RPM in second gear.
WOW TALK ABOUT DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO SEARCH!!!
I just so happened to be getting in here to search the EXACT same scenario.
I have the 26lbs injectors in my 440rwhp car and at the track one nice cool day i sware i heard pinging. So I am going with some ford 30lbs injetors with using HPTUNERS. My car has been tuned extrememly well by slowhawk but i cant afford to drive the car up to him in Mass.
