My outside temp meter is stuck on 69 degrees. Anyone have this problem? I know its a great number, but I would like to know the outside temp. Thanks!

That is the default rating, you'll need a new sensor. They did choose a good number

The sensor may be bad, just disconnected, or the contacts corroded. Look on the right side of the radiator at the bottom at the frame rail and you will see a small black plastic bulb like thingy with wires to it. It pulls off and you can look at the contacts. If they are clean a new sensor is only a few bucks.

This happened to me yesterday. I got the car out of the garage, and about 1/2 mile down the road mine said 67 degrees. I knew that was off because it was about 82 or so. Over the next couple of minutes, it started climbing a dgree or so at a time, then it was fine. My guess is that the when I stared it in the garage, which stays about 65 degrees, that is what the sensor registerd to the unit. It slowy adjusted the temp as the sensor warmed up to the outside temp.
