Default Z06 Wheels Lug Nuts

are there specific factory lug nuts made specially for factory oem Z06 wheels or would stock C5 lug nuts do?

Same! early years had two piece, regular with a plastic cap, later yrs 03 &04? had one piece SS covered

They are all the same size. During '02 production GM switched from the lug nut and plastic cap setup to the SS shell crimped over the lug nut. Just a word of advice to avoid using any air/impact tools with the SS nuts. The shell won't take a beating, and if it comes off, you are left with an oddball sized lug nut that you are trying to remove.

do yourself a favor and contact cajundude and get a set of gorilla lugs. Good quality lugs.

I would ask what year C5 you are taking the lugs from. Early models of C5, 97-99 I think have OEM one piece center cap/lug covers.

The Z06 has the screw on lug covers that require threads on the tips of the lug nuts. The 97-99 oem lug nuts will not have these threads on them.
