Default Sway bars smart upgrade

Last sunday, I've put my wheels on the 'Dijon Prenoix' Track, France (ex Formula track in the 80's).

Have great time ...my first track, a lot of fun !

But now I want to improve my suspension (F45)
(I've seen the difference between me and my friends with Z51 suspension or coil over)

So I'm planning coil overs for september (Don't know which coil over brand yet..but that's not the question)

I want to purchase new sway bars first (now!) and the 'magny court' event in july

So my question is...I don't know which sway bars to choose.

Z51 or Z06 or T1 or pfadt.
Naturally I want the best for my car

Pfadt : there are adjustable, that great...but I'm an average driver, not a natural born racer, so I don't really know which set up will be the best for me. I think that for me, an 'out of the box' setup will maybe be better. understeer , oversteer... Well I actually not have the good feelings, just drive that car the fast I can with the right trajectories!!!

Z51 : I think it's a good upgrade (2001+ are larger with steel end link)... but with the coil overs, are they right?

Z06 : Larger ... Larger is better ? ok, but I've read that the rear is larger than the Z51 because Z06 wheels are wider ... no tires size change are planned for me. So it will change the oversteer feeling.

T1 : Are the really build for the Z06 or coupe ?

I want a better handling and a well balanced car ...

I know the tires are important too (I've got GY GSD3 front...and run flat rear...) well after the track event I've order whole new rear tires.

Is it really a good idea to change the sway bars now ? or just wait to change then with the coil over installation... but you know mod fever...

I sold my Z06 and T1 bars to go with the large Pfafts. I like how they are adjustable(easy to do), can be just as stiff as the T1s and soft for the street and are much lighter(front was about 10 pounds less). I would just wait and install with coils, plus if you end up with Pfadt coils too you can get a package discount

I don't see where you mentioned Hotchkis... they are sized smaller than T1 but larger than the Z06 bars. I installed a set this winter and hope to road test them soon .

I started with stock bars on the track and then went to z06 with stock shocks, then to z06 with z06 shocks, then to t1 with z06 shocks and now t1 wth lg coilovers.

Each move provided me with much better handling on the track.

Personally I dont have the time to adjust my swaybar going on and off the track so the t1 bar which has 3 settings is more than enough for me.

You will be happy with your upgraded sways, but I think until you replace the shocks or do the coilovers you will not get the full benefit.

Default ..

well, I've just read a few postq about coil over vs leaf springq...

Maybe I'll be pleased with just good shocks, sways bar & F45 simulator and save money for head & cam
I'm lost...

Is there a killer combo shocks/sway bar ? like Hotchkis Front and Rear Swaybars / Bilstein ... just $1000 vs $2500 for coil over

I drive hard on the street and only track twice a year...
