Good luck torquing the end links, I could never fit a torque wrench in there... just get them really tight.
On a positive note, you don't need to take off the end links to grease the bushings. Just undo the bolts/nuts on the brackets, the sway bar will swing down and you can access the bushings.
Grease here:
1) Inside where the bushing contacts the bar
2) Outside the bushing where the bracket contacts to bushing
3) The flat side where the bushing touches the crossmember
You don't need gobs of grease, just a good coat on all the contact areas. My bars are dead silent.
I have found that synthetic brake caliper grease works well for me. Cheap and available most everywhere.
I'm sure it does and it is probably close to what I use, diaeletric grease, it's recommended by GM for gaskets and rubber parts. It is basically silicone grease.
the high torque is for the bolt with the nut on the end (lower control arm), and the lower torque is for the one that threads into the subframe. DON'T strip that one, or your screwed!
