No one cares to answer this question anymore because "its already been answered". Or at least thats what im getting out of it. I posted a question like this a couple days ago and no replys.
I think they should have a sub-forum with just leak problems so all the information is in one spot. And there is quite a few people looking for it.
good luck.
Check that thread and see if there is anything related to what you're seeing.
My friend has a '99 FRC that was getting pretty wet behind the driver's seat. When we took all of the interior out (all the trim, carpet, and seats), we found a pretty significant leak coming from the b-pillar. The water would run down the b-pillar and down toward the rear storage as well. We used Great Stuff to fill in the location where the water was coming in and that took care of it. Good luck.
mine was wet behind the drivers seat, and a very little in way back. Im guessing its the upper windshield trim and where it meets the A-pillar. Water then travels back to where it flows down the B-pillar. See if your headliner right by the top of your side window is all wet, mine was soaked. I took the pass side weatherstripping mostly off enough to remove the metal and plastic trim, someone had butyl tape in there (a gummy never drying tar like sealer) I took it all off and used black silicon RTV on each piece before putting them back on, a nice bead on each. Pass side withstood some monsoon like weather and held up good, as before i could watch it leak down the A-pillar.
Tonight im taking out the windshield trim and all the drivers side weatherstripping.
Also if you have a coupe, make sure you check the seals on the body where the targa top sits. There are 2 drains, if plugged up, they will make the car drain into the compartment.
