We can set you up with a cam and header package that has consistantly made well over 400rwhp on many many cars now. That would be the direction I would go if I were looking for 400ish rwhp.
Nitrous is cheap to install without all the safteys, but more than exceeds the cost of a fixed F/I route in the long run with the cost of bottle fills and the annoyance of having to fill them-maintain bottle pressure etc, and it's not always there. Feel free to call or PM if you have any questions.

How many Rust-stangs have you smoked since you got your vette
My car had a small cam, longtubes, blackwing intake and dyno'd 383 RWHP at ECS. I'm sure with a more agressive cam 17RWHP can be had very easy!! Also, this was done on LS1 heads!! I sold my LT with x-pipe for 980 shipped, a cam you can pick up for about 200, you will need at least comp 918 valves springs, about 200, a stock Z06 titanuim exhaust will help, about 350, and a blackwing intake, about 200. I actually have a blackwing that I will be selling soon with a smooth coupler. Then a tune, about 375, for a grand total of $2255, this will get you at 400RWHP or a little over, and it should be everything that is actually needed. you'll be very impressed how much of a difference the extra HP is!!! Mustangs will definately be a thing of the past!! Good luck and if you have any questions there is definately plenty of help on this board!!
