Car won't start

Well, somtimes it won't start. probably 1 out of 3 times that I get in my car, it won't start on the first try. I can turn it over as long as I want to but it won't crank, turn the ignition off then back on and it cranks instantly. WTF? I'm not getting any security lights or warning on the dic.

fixed it, cleared all the codes on the dic. If anybody has this trouble give that a shot.

There is a good chance you will have this problem again. Many have had intermittant starters, which can drive you nuts.

Things to check when it happens again. Battery, Battery cable connections at battery and starter, clutch pedal sensor, Theft Deterrant Relay and the starter it self. I use to have the problem every few days, sometimes only once every couple of weeks. It has been a couple of months since I changed the starter and no trouble since. Seems that the solenoid is right next to the exhaust which causes it to go bad early.

Hope your problem does not come back, but if it does now you know what to check.
