dynatech exhaust system 35-40hp?

i have this setup on my car along with a halltech intake. of course the manufacturer is going to glorify the hp increase, but is it way off? maybe 20rwhp? before anyone says anything-YES, i plan to get it dyno'ed. just askin for experiences/opinoins etc. thanks everyone
p.s.-is this why my car throws a cel -because of the supermaxx cats? (p0430 and p0420)

I just put the same system, cats and all, on an 01Z along with Borla Stingers and a BBK 80mm throttle body. On a Mustang dyno it made 372 hp & 370 ft lbs. I didn't get a baseline, but I'd say their ad is pretty close.

I had a Magnuson supercharger on my automatic C5 with Blackwing and corsa exhaust.
With no other changes other than Dynamaxx LTs, high flow cats and x-pipe I gained 11.5 rwhp and 22 lbft of torque.
Was dynoed before and after install.
