Default Valve Float
I'm getting valve float at around 5200 rpm, my question is if I have too short pushrods can they cause this problem?

How do you know it is float? Pushrods are likely not the cause if you are running shaft rockers, with fully adjustable you "could" have a totally messed up geometry.
