Are the shock from a F45 different from the shocks on a Z51?
Are they interchangeable?

They are most definetely different. As I'm sure you know, to swap a different shock into a F45 equipped car, you need either the shock sims available at corvettegarage.com or you need the F45 option to be deleted out of the BCM via a Tech 2.
