CajunDude has a great write up, and he also has a link to Mike Mercury who has a write up - follow these 2 write ups and it's EZ!!

So far I have helped with one and will be doing mine shortly. It really isn't bad as long as you have the right jacks, etc.

An hour, huh? It takes me that long to read and digest Cajun's very detailed writeup!

Four hours on the floor with jack stands , just did mine yesterday with one of my buddies . the only problem we had was not having the input seal for the rear but we came up one after a little searching... be sure you have one to install it before switching it up ... it was the only road bump we hit.... good luck

I followed CajunDude & Mike Mercury’s write-ups and it made everything go smoothly. I went from a 2:73 to a 3:43 with the stock stall for now, I can always change it later. Got Jeff Creech (Carolina Auto Masters) to do the tune. What a difference that gear makes. It took me about 8 hours total, working by myself, with the car on jack stands. I didn’t have a transmission jack so I used my motorcycle jack. It worked fine.
