Programming keyless entry

Hello all..
I have a 99 C5 with the passive keyless entry. Does anyone know how to program them. My battery went dead =0(

just key on
press reset to clear anything
cycle through all of the options till the DIC is blank
hold the reset till FOB TRAINING appears in the DIC
then just hold the lock and unlock on the fob at the same time

or you can just hold unlock & lock at the same time until the horn sounds.

That will resync the fob"s signal to the car's signal, but will not program the fob to match the car. Follow the first procedure, (it's in the operator's manual), if the sync doesn't work.

The Fob Training option don´t comes, only the Tire pressure and key sync.

In other procedure I read that "turn off radio" but I donte have installed the OEM stereo.
