Default "ebay" twin turbo kit

I read the threads on it, but what would it take to actually use it?

not again!
Please do a search, there may have been half a dozen threads on this kit which according to me is worth nothing.
It is an incomplete kit with chinese turbos. These guys imitated the PTK kit. So the guys who deserve our money are the guys who developped the kit: in this case PTK.
There is NO WAY to get a reliable and PROVEN TT kit at that price.

I did search, I've read everything, just want to know if someone has actually done the work to make it fit.

I am curious about it as well. Hopefully someone will get one one day, but personally I wouldn't put my money into this kit.
Mods are great but they can be really frustrating. What scares me with this kit is the fact that it may end up costing more than a true and proven TTI kit for instance (which is sold for $6990 if I remember well).
If you add all the parts missing and possible issues with Turbos, it will then cost much more than the initial price. Turbos alone are very expensive. That's my main concern; I guess we will see when a C5 equipped with this kit hits the road. I hope I am wrong, it would definitely be nice to have such a "cheap" TT kit available. But Iam kinda pessimistic

What are your goals with your car? Do you have a precise list of mods you'd like to do?
In the mean time, if you like FI, you can always look in the C5 FI section, lots ofgood info and tips there.

Oh and if we don't live old enough to see some results from this kit , they are some pretty affordable used SC kits for sale from time to time. Can't go wrong with an ECS procharger kit

he wants an honest answer, so here goes.

The kit is crap. most of the parts are JUNK so you could start by replacing the JUNK parts of the kit. Which is the turbos, wastegates, piping, and fittings.

Any other questions?

I contacted them 5 days ago. I told them i would try out the kit and support and market the kit on this forum and locally here in Florida. But, only if they supplied the kit and i payed the install.
The answer they gave me was " SORRY, WE ALREADY HAVE THE BIG NAMED GUYS ON THE CORVETTE FORUM DOING INSTALLS OF OUR TURBOS KITS ".
Well, anyone know who they are ?

Would have been nice to have a TT kit for free anyway, even if it's a garbage kit

ok, I'll let it die now, bottom line is my budget isn't gonna allow for anything but n/a. I just bought a set of 243's from another forum member, so I'm gonna do a head and cam package. Thanks for the advice.

I have talked to a guy that put the kit on his Vette. All he had to say was dont buy it, and it was a waste of money. He actually bought my blower setup, he said that kit didnt make any power.
