I found a green drip under the vette yesterday.I'm stumped no green fluids in the car.
It was under the engine fwd and to the right.
I had two ac lines replaced at the dealership could it be the dye they used to find the ac leak?
I noticed a small drop smeared on the cooling reservior tank too. Hmmm.
The Dexcool in the reservior is red.
green is usually anti-freeze or coolant, are your coolant rods rusted over? we had a similair problem in my auto class, my friends coolant rods were rusted like no other. You may have a loose bolt holding the rods in, but I could be wrong. Just what it sounds like.
I use R134 with UV leak check from time to time to find leaks in AC systems. The color is usually a muted yellow/green. Hit it with a black light. The dye should glow under a black light if it is leak check.
probably wont be antifreeze unless someone has put non-Dex cool coolant in it. Dex-cool is orange in color not green. My guess would be the A/C with the uv leak fluid in it
