Power steering groan??

Default Power steering groan??
Normal or not?:

When I pull into my office garage after ~40 min. commute, as I manuever into a parking space at low/walking speed I notice a bit of a "groan" from the power steering as I'm spinning the steering wheel back and forth. Normal or something to look into?

Power steering fluid level is right where it should be, and the system has never been opened ('04 with <15K on it). No strange feel in the steering wheel.

Thanks for any input!

If the fluid level is not low, then it could be possible the belt is slipping when the pump is under load.

Mine groans ocassionaly if I put it under a load at or near idle rpm.
