If you want to do this yourself, and don't want to ruin your wheel, you will have to drill out the nut and stud. To do this, you should start with a small diameter drill bit( probably around 1/8 or 3/16) and use a center punch to get a dimple on the end of the nut so the bit doesn't "walk "on you. Move up in size until you drill through the nut and can get it off. An easy out may help you pull on it once you get close, or a sears screw extractor, so you can pull on it. I have never done this on a wheel, but I have drilled out screws in other situations. Best advice is to bring it to a wheel shop though IMHO.
There is a set of sockets that you can use to remove lug nuts that are rounded off. When I purchased my '94 it had locking lugs and no key/lug for them.
I went to the corner service station and he had it off in 30 seconds. It was a socket that he hammered onto the lug nut and then just twisted it off. Check with your tire vendors, service stations, etc.
If you can't find anyone with it, PM me and I check with my local service station to see what he used.
BTW, he wants my '72 Coupe, so he's always real nice to me.
