If you are doing a change on the M6 you'll probably get in approx. 3 1/2 qts. I've tried a few different brands of trans fluids and so far the best for me is the Royal Purple Synchromax. It's a fluid designed for manual trans that require ATF. In the diff I'm running Mobil 1. If I remember correctly 2 qts will do a change. While you are at it, I recommend getting magnetic drain plug replacements. The big Corvette parts houses usually carry them.

Youll need:
4 quarts for the trans (probably will take between 3.5-3.75 quarts)
2 quarts for the diffy (probably will take between 15.-1.75 quarts)
Trans needs ATF, diffy needs 75w-90.
I use Amsoil AFT and Amsoil SVG
I also bought two pumps from amsoil to make the fluid changes easy.
Bottom line: amsoil has everything readily available on their website. One stop shop

Manual Tranny takes about 3.7 quarts
Diff takes about 1.7 quarts
I use and recommend:
Tranny:
AMSOIL ATF
Diff:
AMSOIL Severe Gear Extreme Pressure Synthetic 75w90
This comes in handy for the DIYer:
AMSOIL Hand Pump
