Anybod know what this code means exactly?
I looked up the code and here's what I got. But what does it mean?
U1255 Serial Data Line Malfunction
There were several other codes. Mostly related to a battery that shorted out. Is it likely this code was generated then as well?

Unless you have other symptoms. Uxxxx codes can be deleted and ignored. There is a lot of data flying around on the data bus, and there are times that one or more computers cannot communicate at the moment they want to. When that happens, they post a Uxxx code.
Any Corvette driven for a few days will list at least one Uxxx code. Delete and ignore. Even the Service Manual says to ignore them.
