Your safest bet is to wash the top with the same car wash stuff you use to wash your car. Treat it like paint (including a protective wax/polish) and it will be happy. There is a new Windex that does not contain ammonia, but I would still shy away from anything that is for glass cleaning.

The top is actually Lexan, not glass. Stoner's is for all glass and plastic surfaces. It does not have ammonia which can discolor tint.
