Default Gear swap...exactly what do I need??

Ok, ordered my 3:42 gears from Gene and just got them today. What are all the parts I need to change for this to work? Here's the list of stuff I think I need according to Mike Mercury's writeup.

1. Gears (got em)
2. Stall TC.....I'm thinking about a yank 3200
3. Transmission cooler.....any suggestions on kind and price?
4. Carrier tranny center shaft seal pn 24228816
5. Seal Plate O-ring pn 12369456
6. Aluminum 6" seal plate pn 12369457
7. Side plate outer "O" ring seal pn 89047953
8. Output shaft(s) center seal pn 88996703 Do I need 1 or 2?
9. Anerobic sealer pn 89021677

Do I need all the above stuff? I bought the whole carrier with 3:42's. Does it come with any of the above stuff?
Thanks for any info. Man, I'm so excited.

There's so many ways to do this sucessfully; that I hope others respond as well.

2. an option - yes. But not mandatory.
3. Yes, if going with a higher stall.

6. Not needed. Your current carrier has this plate already. Just transfer it over (but replace the old seals).

Thanks Mike
I thought I read somewhere that the old plate was hard to get off. That's why I thought about getting a new one.

Also, I read to break it in with OEM fluid and the additive for 500 miles then change it to synthetic. Comments?

I've never heard that; factory doesn't do it that way either. On mine, I used the same exact fluid and friction modifier that the factory does.

Ah, I'm not sure what you are doing - are you ONE, trying to install gears only into your current pumpkin, or two, did you order an entire rear carrier (pumpkin) that you are going to install??

I ordered the entire pumpkin and received it yesterday. For some reason, I was expecting this huge thing to come crated in a wooden box. UPS came with this small box and I was so surprised to find my pumpkin. lol
