Default Sway bars

Will be upgrading my FE1 to Z51 sway bars that came from a 99. How much do I need to tighten them when installing the bolts. ft/lbs torque.
One other thing, can I reuse the existing rubber mounts that is on the end links- I'm thinking of reusing the end links other wise I might get metal endlinks and get poly rubbers supports for the endlinks.
I do have a torque wrench. Thanks in advance!

Dump the plastic endlinks, they tend to brake pretty easy and the new ones are not that expensive. Also, if those Z51 bars are from a 99, they are smaller than the 00+ Z51 bars, in case you did not already know that.

Yup. I bought them from a CF member. As long as they are thicker than the FE1's I think I'm ok. For $50 shipped I think I bought them at a fair price!
