Thinking outside the box
I've already done that
He has the passenger side O2 sensor is going haywire its reading all kinds of wierd readings in the data log. I was wondering if anyone here has ever run into this kind of issue with the LS1 running boost and having an O2 go crazy. We have replaced the O2 sensor, the complete main wire harness and the ECU still has a crazy O2 readings in the data log. Oh we also flow tested the injectors they are perfect. The data log is saying the short trim fuel table low but the car is currently running pig rich so if we add fuel the drivers side reads supper rich and the passenger side doesn't change is still says short trim fuel readings low. Before you say it I know he needs to buy a vette.
It's a ford thing
Mustangs
and so on and so on
I'm hoping we can offer a fellow car guy some helpful advice to keep a nice guy from beating his head against the wall.

He's got an exhaust leak. An exhaust leak upstream of the O2 sensor will pull outside air into the system, the O2 sensor reads the extra oxygen, the computer interprets this as lean, and adds fuel to that side.
HTH, and have a good one,
Mike
Does anyone else have any ideas so I may have a trouble shooting list to work from.
