Check Engine Light - P0420

Check Engine Light - P0420
My check engine light came on this am, I pulled the codes and got
"P0420" Looking it up it is for "TWC System Low Efficiency Bank 1"
WTF is this?
My car is a 2001 Coupe, Mods are:
TPIS LT Headers
Random Tech HF Cats
X-pipe
Borla Stingers
Tune
Will this hurt anything driving till I figure out what it is?

Ok,
Called my tuner John Boos and he told me this is a tattle tale code, basically the sensors in front of the cats take a reading and the sensors behind the cats take a reading.
The rear sensors don't like what the reading, too high or whatever.
Going to try to reset and see if it comes back, if it does we can try new sensors or delete the code out of the tune anyways.
It is not hurting anything for future reference if anyone wonders.
