Re: flowmaster (maninblack)
I've got Flowmasters on my C5 and on my 57.
They sound great to me. Much better than my POS B+B tri flo sport resonance specials.
The Flowmasters are louder but have no resonance issues like my B+B's
thz for the reply,I think I would like to have more of those V8 sound when idling, aka Mustang.Anyway, I really havent seen the tips yet, any of you have pics to should me.'
thz alot
I have Flowies on my '93 Mustang GT. They sound awesome, but when on the road  I have to blast the stereo to drown the resonance!! I wouldn't trust them on the C5 just because of the incredible moan at 1700rpm - 2000rpm. Quality was good though....Let us know how you like them if you decide to go with them.
I love my Flowmasters! They sound awesome especially at WOT.
The tips aren't all that to look at, but do what I am going to do and cut them off and have some cool tips welded on in their place.
A friend of mine did that and they look and sound awesome.
I suggest this idea to all my buddies with vette's. I guess I am going to have to open them up next to their drivers door while racing :D to prove my point......
