Ok, so here it goes...I think the horn switch in the steering column is bad. Is there any way to test this? The horn itself is working because when I lock the doors with the FOB, the horn sounds. I noticed that before it completely stopped working, it was fairly intermittant. Any suggestions / guesses as to what the problem could be? I REALLY, REALLY don't want to remove the steering wheel, but if I have to, then I must. Thanks in advance.
Also, I think that the problem is in the steering wheel because I can't hear the relay click when I push the horn. This may be an incorrect assumption, but this is usually true on most other cars.
And lastly, I did have a problem once with the A/C draining back into the car on the passenger floorboard area. I think that the BCM controls the horn and anti-theft stuff. Could this also be a point of failure for the horn not working?

Reason: Update
Mine doesn't work either. It's probably like mine and the only way to fix it is buy another airbag asembly. It's all one unit so you have to replace it all. I still haven't go mine fixed.
The contacts inside the airbag get messed up. On my last vette the horn would stick on. Be glad that it's sticking in the off position. Waking up in the middle of the night with the horn blowing is a pain, not to mention driving thru town with it stuck on. I pulled the fuse finally, till I got it fixed.
