Just had my drivers seat rebuilt. Started with a worn bolster and split seam but also needed foam. The labor was two hours plus materials, about $500.00. It looks great but next time I would buy a set of seat covers. I found an upholstery shop that knew Corvettes and they fixed some of the traditional weak areas in the seat. Now the other seat looks old by comparison!

I had the same thing happen on my '99. Went to an upholstery shop. They ordered a piece of leather matching mine. While waiting for it to arrive, I ordered and received a new seat base foam replacement. When both came in, I took the car to them. It took about an hour total and cost me $180. Looks great now.

After the seat is repaired at the upholstry shop you can get a redye co to match both seats.....Larger new car dealerships thru their used car dept can give you a vendor that they use locally that has been doing this for a while....I ve own a buisness in Baton Rouge La for 20 years called MasterMatch.....We ve done thousands of color matches on diff makes and models after upholstry repairs and they come out great!.....
