The 04 doesn't have the passive entry feature, it was discontinued in 2000. It does have the easy entry, which you can program through the DIC to move the seat and telescopic wheel when you pull the key out to make it easier to get in and out. Then if you set the memory for the seats, radio, steering wheel, etc., when you push the fob and insert the key they will go back where you set them. Or you can use the memory buttons on the door to set 3 different settings, 1,2, or both buttons at the same time for 3. Some set the 3 position with the passenger mirror aimed down at the rear wheel so that if they are backing into a space they can hold down the 2 memory buttons and the mirror will go down to see that they don't hit a curb.
