I think the adjusters on the my front spring are bad 02 Z06, the 'rubber' does not look good when inspected. Can someone help me with the GM part number and has anyone replaced these and if so what do I need to do?
TIA

you cant buy just the adjusters/bushings. you have to buy the whole front spring from Gm. i have a set of aftermarket ones and the old spring off mine i would let go for $100 shipped. or just the adjusters with bushings for the $60 i paid for them. luckily mine got a whole new front spring under a gmpp warranty and i didnt have to do the work. i had allready purchased the aftermarket bolts and bushings off the forum when my dlr told me they could get it covered. you have a Z06 so i dont think you would want my old spring, its off a cpe. the bushings never look too good when they are loaded anyway. are you sure yours are bad? mine actually ripped in half on one side and needed replace.

I do not know for sure, here is a short story I have the GMPP and I have this annoying clicking coming from the front left, GM has replaced the sway bar links & bushings, and inspected the caliper, well yesterday it was there and they installed a new wheel bearing/hub, but when I had the tires of the bushings did not look very good at all and I wonder if they are worn out, I also raised the car because it was too low, but I relieved spring pressure when I did this but they just do not look good, how or why did you get your spring replaced? I am grasping for straws.

Edit: the clicking worsens when turning but really evident when the car is rolling or turning over uneven pavement, that is why I think it might be the spring loading and unloading.
Mine was replaced because you can not buy just the adjusters and bushing, so gmpp purchased me a new spring. i too had mine raised from being lowered. however the tech who did this just turned the little bolts and ripped the shat out of the driver side bushing because he did not take the load off it. these things get supper hard and brittle with age. they do have a few big wmetal washer looking things molded into the rubber bushing and sometimes look like they are kinda bent to the side. they hold the car up and get kinda "crooked" looking with age. i dont know if that would be the clicking sound you are hearing or not. it would seem it would make more of a clunk or grinding / scrapeing sound if the bolt was metal to metal. mine, ever since i went to larger front tires has kinda got a chop chop from the tires on sharp slow turns that could kinda be called a thump thump. it has been detirmed to be the front tires scrubing on the pavement a little because of their size width. mine DOES NOT do this in a staight line or just over uneven roads. i have heard of people's e brake cable rubing on the tire or some other stuff doing this and causeing a constant click click sound. have you checked your center caps on your wheels?? have you looked for a wheel weight hitting slightly a brake caliper?? my wheel weight did this to me. but it went WHOP WHOP GRIND CRRRRRUNCH on a corner and that was the end of it rather quickly. scarred the heck out of me. i figured the wheel had came loose on the corner. check all these things and if you need these bolts let me know. they are a much stronger bolt and better bushing then the stk ones and have a huge bolt head that goes in from the top and connects to the bushing from the bottom. hopefully its something simple and you dont need these either.

Thanks for the tips, at first I thought it was the center cap so I drove around w/o and no difference, the tire weights are okay as well, brake slightly applied has not affect as well, when I walk beside it while a friend is driving it is something coming directly behind the wheel, however I brought it in for the clicking and thunking so I am going to call Monday and hint that these might be bad and to check them out, maybe I will get lucky and they will replace them and spring.
