dual zone climate control unit

Bought my vette about a week ago. Only thing that i noticed was that the display on the unit is not as brite as the radio. It lights up sometimes....others i have to tap on it and when it lights...its either fading in and out or works fine. Any ideas?...is there a bulp inside it?

You might do a search on this. This is a common problem on C5's. You can check E-Bay or there's a person that belongs to the forum that rebuilds units. Good luck.

Common problem..
$400+ to fix at the dealer
or pay CF member ~$50, mandigital e-mail digitalguy_1@charter.net or fix yourself...
