Default P0410 code on 2004

I have a 410 code that keeps coming up, on the second start after clearing the error. I have '97 C5 shop manuals that I am getting my info from.

I changed out the pump, and checked both fuses. I was looking at the wiring diagram in the manual, and I am missing the #40 relay (Air Sol Micro Relay) in my box under the hood. It is not listed on the index in the box, but according to the shop manual, it is suppose to be there. Does anyone have a 2004 that they can check to see if this relay is present in their car?

To my knowlege, GM has not changed this circuit in the C5, but I may be mistaken. I have had the car for over a month now, and this is the last code that I am trying to resolve.

Found this on a search;

"P1416 is the passenger side AIR check valve which happens to be buried behind the intake manifold. For some reason that one gets stuck and throws a code. I think its because of the location, any moisture doesn't have a chance to burn off like the driver's one which is right above the drivers exhaust manifold/header.

I changed mine once after alot of swearing and then the problem came back up. So what I did this time, was unhook the AIR hose, blast some PB Blaster in there, used compressed air and force it through. Let it sit a few hours, and then turned on the car. It looked like the car was burning oil out the exhaust (PB Blaster burning off) but that solved the problem and its been 10K miles. YMMV."

P0410 is the only code coming up. According to the C5 manual I have, there are 2 relays involved in the circuit. That comes from the GM shop manuals for a 97. I only have 1 relay physically in the box, the one in the 33 position. The one from the 40 position is missing. I was wondering if they changed this circuit in the 2004 model.

this code sucks!!!!! i have had many issues with it. right after a header install. this is saying that the air pump is not working. meaning both o2 sensors are not reading the airflow. most likley the vaccum line under the battery. i had both check valves replaced, both o2 sensors replaced, and it sill came on after that!! i figured it was the pump full of water or not pumping enough air. the reason it comes on after two start ups is it takes two consecutive fails to light up the light. and 50 good ones to turn it back off. check under the battery for a worn out vaccum line with a hole in it. after numerous attempts in the GM service dept. it has finally stoped coming on for the last several months. maybe the light finally burnt out
