I'd recommend going to the Corvette Mall and searching for AutoTap. There's a link on the top of the page. Gotta be better deals there than through Ecklers.
I got mine from T Byrne Motorsports. It really is a great program.

They also are making a single user version but that comes after the unlimited version.

What kind of money do you think they will get for LS1 edit when it comes out?
In the mean time I understand you can get the Ease scan tool at a lower price than whats on their web sight, is that correct.

The same vendor that did the LT1 edit but the first version is the unlimited version that a PCM tuner would use, not cheap for a single user.

According to Ken and Dave (the authors) the first available version will target 99-00 LS1 cars and trucks.
I have a feeling trucks will be where the money is on this product, selling tuner version to shops that is. It would be a huge win to be able to tune the transmission parameters for towing use.

I've talked to the designers on LS1 edit and since they are completing BETA testing, it should not be me stating what the costs are.
They are close to being done and should then announce the prices.
I would assume that the single user version will be sheaper then you having to go to some existing tuner who wacks you 400-500 bucks a pop.
Single user would only allow it to be used on the same PCM/car,
whereas the unlimited version you could custom code unlimited PCMs.
Yes, any product Ease sells I can get you a discount. for like the personal enhanced powertain scanner, $35 cheaper and for like the PCM flash re-progarmmer would be $125 cheaper.
This tool is for re-flashing the PCM with stock code for you get a new C/D once a monh for 1 year with all SPS code of all G.M cars/light trucks.
You let me know what you want and I'll be glad to help you.

I'm not John, but rumor says it will be priced similar to the 96-97 LT1 version. $550 or so.
Eric,
Thanks for the reply. I sure wish somebody would come out with one for my 02 Vette, I'm getting tired of waiting for my powerloader to come.

The locked version (for 1 car) will be out in 1-2 months it looks like. $500-$550 and will include software and a cable.
