I inquired about this months ago and several people replied who did this and run numerous track events without issues. If you upgrade your rear rotors to Eradispeeds +2's 14" or Wilwood 13" they retain the e-brake, but if you switched front rotors to back, you sacrifice the e-brake. The stock rear rotors won't work with front calipers. You will need a 19" rim with the Eradispeed 14" rotors as I unfortunately learned, because I could not utilize my front with my 18" track rims.

I also forgot to mention that you can get 13" C6Z51 rear caliper brackets and rotors to upgrade 1" without affecting bias much as you use the same caliper and not one with larger piston sizes. Ebrake also stays in place.
