Default Help interpreting fuse-pulling results, please!

My car has developed a pretty strong battery drain. I spent a bunch of time yesterday and today pulling fuses and checking current draw, with inconclusive results.

I need some help, guys. I've read the stickies, plus numerous other posts via search. I can't seem to find a situation like mine. If I've missed it, I apologize.

The car is a 2002 coupe with almost all options. For these tests, I disconnected the CD changer, inside rearview mirror harness, and hood light, and opened and latched the passenger door. Key was off.

When the car is "active", that is, right after you shut it off and pull the key, it shows a current of 4.5-5 amps. After it settles (15 min or so), this will go down to about 3.2 amps.

Two passes were made pulling fuses in the engine compartment fuse box. No change was seen. Attention was turned to the footwell fusebox.

Several passes of pulling fuses were made, as the results seemed to move around. This seemed to be somewhat dependent on the order. I also eventually realized that inserting some fuses would cause the car to wake up to some extent.

None of the maxifuses showed any change. Several of the minifuses showed a current change. For this last set, I tried to show exactly which ones were pulling current.

All minifuses and minibreakers were pulled. Current draw dropped to 2 milliamps. They were then added back in this order:

Code:
#25	BCM1 & IPC	1.82 amps
#30	DCM-R 1.94
#33	DCM-L 2.18
#5	RDO/CD 3.31
#29	C/LALDL 4.59
Further fuses were not believed to have any effect based on earlier tests, so the car was now allowed to go to sleep. The car was allowed to rest for 15 minutes or so, and the current stabilized at 3.18 amps.

The remainder of the minifuses and minibreakers were added. No changes in current were seen.

Ok, so now what? What do the circuits above have in common and why would they all be showing a drain?

Perhaps I should also mention that the charging system is working and the battery was replaced. No change.

Help, please!
