TB - Manifold HELP!
Can i use a 2006 GTO TB & Manifold on a 97 LS1 C5?
My guess is NO as the 06 TB is Electronic, 97 is not.
Can i use the manifold and get a TB to fit it and plug
into my electric? Are there electrical adapters to make this combo work?
Suggestions on OEM upgrades? Should i just locate a 97-04 Z06 Combo?

Your T/B is drive by wire, same at the Goat's.
The LS2 manifold is a dud for the most part. Plus that fuel rail wouldn't work on your 97 and your fuel rail wouldn't work on the LS2 manifold.
I would look into aftermarket heads and cam. Why bother with the Z stuff, that's a lot of work for a 40-50 hp increase.
