I've seen it posted alot on here and people seem to like it. Southern Car Parts makes a similar one but more of a cone shaped, which makes more sense to me...

I bought my 03 Z new. What I didn't know was the problem I would have with missed power shifts from 2nd to 3rd. (not good!) Bought and installed a Hurst shifter and Delrin **** and have been completly satisfied since. I like the feel of the **** and theres more to grab on to. Good luck with your decision and Mod on!!

They're popular. There's been one for sale in the CF classifieds within the last week (I'm not the seller). You might check there. It was new.
