Default HUD TRIM Removal
On my heads up display The tyrim piece around the glass is cracked. I have a new one to replace it. Unfortunately it looks like the dash need to come down to accomadate the new trim. Anyone here ever changed this? Or does anyone have access to a service manual describing the process

I guess no one has ever had the trim piece of the dash?

Remove the dash, replace.

It's that simple...but will take you an hour or two.

I just did a HUD retrofit on my 97 this is the howto I used. I had to cut my dash to fit the dash bezel.
